Our community requires all guests to be registered before arrival. After booking, we'll send you a simple form to complete — it just takes a few minutes! You'll need:

Please complete this promptly after booking so your access to the community is ready when you arrive. Guests who are not registered will not be granted community access, so we want to make sure everything is set up smoothly for you in advance.
Pets
We love furry guests at Stillwater Thicket! Dogs are welcome — just make sure to add them during booking. A $100 pet fee will be applied to your stay. Pets brought without prior approval may result in additional fees, and guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pet.

We're Colleen and Matt — Superhosts and parents of two little girls. We created Stillwater Thicket because we believe every family deserves a vacation where they can fully relax and make lasting memories. Our group of 13 loved Colleen and Matt’s place! The place was spacious and pristine clean. I am usually a stickler for cleanliness and was very happy with how everything felt clean - from kitchen to restroom to bedrooms. The house was well stocked and kept us busy for our weekend Poconos getaway. Colleen and Matt were so kind and very responsive! The coffee machine didn’t work one morning, and they responded within minutes and sent a new coffee machine to the front door within 30 minutes! We would love to stay again in the future.
This Stay was magical for my family and I. I love how accommodating the children’s rooms were. The house was well equipped with all the right things needed for the campfire and the grill. The hot tub was also a nice touch. The game room and living room area was very spacious, allowing us to engage in family activities. We really appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the laundry detergent. We are already planning when to come back ! 10/10 I highly recommend.
Matt and Colleen have a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. They were very responsive when communicating, and they made the check-in & check-out very easy. It was my favorite house I’ve had in the 3 trips I’ve taken to the poconos.
