Three of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor and the other two on the second floor and are fully stocked with fresh linens, extra blankets, and pillows — no need to pack any!

The kitchen is small but mighty-equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain — appliances, cookware, utensils, and a full coffee bar. The dining area seats 14 at the dining table, center island, and small seating table. There is also a high chair available for our smallest guests!

Step outside to a beautiful Pocono mountain oasis. The beautiful wrap around deck has a gas grill, a huge outdoor table, and seating area. The bottom porch has seating and a brand new hot tub. A cozy fire pit with is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Large driveway with plenty of parking for up to 5 cars.

The home is heated by radiant heating floorboards. Each room can be controlled separately for a comfortable experience for everyone.

For summer stays, there are floor unit ACs located in the main living room and in all 5 bedrooms.

This home is located just minutes from the Split Rock Resort and all that it has to offer.

Important: Unlike some HOA communities, these are generally not included with your rental. Guests purchase admission directly through the resort, and availability can vary by season. There is no beach access in the direct neighborhood but it is just a short drive from Hickory Run Beach and Swimming Area.

You have full access to the entire house!

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Nestled on the Split Rock side of Lake Harmony, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. Just minutes from Split Rock Resort, guests can enjoy golf, bowling, dining, indoor waterpark fun, and seasonal entertainment. Big Boulder Ski Area, Jack Frost, Lake Harmony, hiking trails, and year-round outdoor recreation are all nearby, making this an ideal home base for every season in the Pocono Mountains.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee.
